Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10.01.2025.

At PURRVIDE, every item is made-to-order through our trusted print partners, Printful and Printify. Because of this, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

All Sales Are Final

Since products are custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@purrvide.com.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Orders

  • If your order never arrives and tracking shows no delivery, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We’ll investigate with Printful/Printify and provide a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the package will likely be returned to the fulfillment center.

  • We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to address errors.

  • If returned, you may request a re-shipment to the correct address at your expense.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please double-check your order details (sizes, colors, shipping info) before checkout.

  • Size charts are provided — we cannot refund orders for items that don’t fit.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
