Thank you for shopping with PURRVIDE! Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping for orders fulfilled through our print partners, Printful and Printify.
Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Production time usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product.

Since items are made to order, processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping is handled by Printful and Printify’s trusted carrier networks (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.). Estimated delivery times:

USA: 3–8 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

International (other regions): 10–20 business days
Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on your location, carrier delays, customs clearance, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product(s) ordered.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order leaves the facility.
Multiple Shipments
Since we work with both Printful and Printify, your order may be shipped in separate packages if items are produced at different facilities. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
